Apostolic Nuncio to Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambia Arrives in Monrovia

His Excellency, Most Rev. Miroslaw Adamczyk, the Apostolic Nuncio to Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambia has arrived in Monrovia to formally begin his diplomatic mission.

Most Rev. Miroslaw Adamczyk was born on the 16th July 1962 in Gdansk, Poland.  He was ordained Priest on the 16th May 1987. The Holy Father, Benedict XVI appointed him Apostolic Nuncio to Liberia on the 22nd February 2013 at the same time raising him to the dignity of an Archbishop, with the titular See of Otriculum. He was ordained Bishop on the 27th April 2013.

The Bishops and Christ’s Faithful of the Dioceses in Sierra Leone and The Gambia heartily welcome and congratulate the Nuncio on his appointment. We will keep him in our prayers.
